Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical issues preventing access
- Cancellation request within allowed timeframe
2. Refund Timeline
- Refund request must be raised within 3 days of purchase
- Requests after 3 days will not be entertained
Important: Late requests will not be eligible for refund under any circumstances.
3. Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
- Amount will be credited via the original payment method
4. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be provided if:
- Books / Study Material / Course / Test Series has been accessed or used significantly
- Books / Study material has already been dispatched
- User changes mind after purchase
5. Partial Refund
Partial refunds may be granted depending on usage and circumstances, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Note: Final decision regarding partial refunds rests with the organization.
